The Phantom is back again for 2008 and we're offering something
for everyone this year. There will be an 8 hour Rogaine-style event running in parrallel with our classic 24 hour race!
Details will continue to be released over the next month so be sure to check our site regularly.
Once again we will be making arrangements for a group campsite so that all
the teams and their friends can get a good night's rest.
For the 8 hour event, racers will use a map and compass to collect as many controls as possible within an 8-hour period.
Biking and walking / running are permitted with biking being optional. Could involve some optional short swims.
For the 24 Hour event, racers will Bike, Trek, and Canoe through some of the nicest terrain New Brunswick has to offer.
This race will offer challenging navigation and natural obstacles that will challenge the most seasoned racers.
This event will be fully supported by NSAR (no support crews required or allowed), and canoes will be provided, including lifejackets and paddles. Details for both races are given below.
